Our Story
Our journey began with a simple belief: great companies are built by great people. After years of corporate and international HR experience, our Founder Sweni Shah saw a gap between transactional hiring and strategic talent building. Future Gate HR Solutions was created to close that gap—pairing structured assessments with empathy, speed with quality, and process with partnership.
